Shipping Policy

All Deadline Defense products are proudly manufactured in the USA and shipped with care to ensure they arrive safely and in compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Non-NFA Accessories
	•	In-stock accessories ship within 3–5 business days.
	•	Orders are shipped via reputable carriers with tracking provided.
	•	Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
	•	We currently ship within the continental United States only.

NFA-Regulated Items (Suppressors)
	•	All suppressors are regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA).
	•	Suppressors are shipped only to properly licensed FFL/SOT dealers after purchase.
	•	Delivery to the end user occurs only after ATF approval and lawful transfer.
	•	Shipping timelines for NFA items are dependent on ATF processing times, which are outside our control.

Deadline Defense is not responsible for delays caused by ATF processing, background checks, or dealer transfer timelines.

Returns policy

Non-NFA Accessories
	•	Unused, uninstalled accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
	•	Items must be returned in new, original condition and packaging.
	•	Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
	•	Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our end.

NFA-Regulated Items
	•	All suppressor sales are final once the ATF Form process has begun.
	•	Due to federal regulations, NFA items cannot be returned or exchanged after transfer.
	•	If an order error occurs prior to ATF submission, contact us immediately and we will work to resolve it.

Warranty & Defective Items

If you believe you received a defective product or there is an issue covered under our Lifetime Warranty, please contact us before attempting a return. Our team will evaluate the issue and provide repair or replacement guidance as appropriate.
